Abstract / Poster Submission
Both regular abstract and Late Breaking abstract submissions are now closed.
Abstracts may be submitted in the following categories:
What do I do if I have multiple accepted abstracts to present?
If more than one of your abstracts is accepted, please consider having a co-author present one of the abstracts.
How do I withdraw my abstract?
You should withdraw your presentation only under extraordinary circumstances. If you are unable to find a replacement and must withdraw an abstract, please notify ACTRIMS immediately.
Is there a limit to the number of abstracts I can submit?
There is no limit to the number of abstracts that an author can submit. All abstracts submitted will be rated/graded by the Scientific Review Committee. Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by the first week of November regarding the acceptance of their abstracts.
Can I submit material that is already published?
The abstract cannot include solely published materials. If the abstract presents something new (new data, new analyses, etc.), it may be submitted.
What is the size of the poster?

My abstract was accepted for a poster presentation. Is it required that I submit an electronic version of my poster?
